As a leading provider of internet advertising, specializing in mobile and desktop application distribution and monetization, our client is growing rapidly, and we are looking to fill a Compliance Administrator role in the office in Nicosia, Cyprus. This is a dual role position, and as such, the successful candidate will be responsible for contracts management including corporate records management. As part of the team in Nicosia, you will join an expanding group of enthusiastic and intelligent professionals who are passionate about the work they do and the people that they work with. This role requires a high level of collaboration between cross-functional and geographically diverse teams.

 

Job Description 

  • Conduct weekly written internal reviews of all offers, products, and services and report them to the legal department.
  • Assess compliance with internal and external policies.
  • Help oversee control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies.
  • Collaborate and follow up with affiliate support team to ensure appropriate changes are made for compliance violations.
  • Advise internal management on the implementation or operation of compliance programs.
  • Keep informed regarding pending industry changes, trends, and best practices and assess the potential impact of these changes on organizational processes.
  • Drafting, evaluating, negotiating and executing contracts.
  • Preparing, organizing and maintaining contract records and filing documenting contract performance and compliance.
  • Organizing and maintaining the records of the company such as Board of Directors meetings, resolutions, and agenda.
  • Providing contract-related issue resolution, both internally and externally
  • Communicating contract-related information to all stakeholders
  • Assisting upper management in working with internal or external business teams on issues and developments relative to assigned contracts.

  • Legal or Paralegal background preferred.
  • Previous experience with compliance administration would be considered as an advantage.
  • Internet Advertising experience would be considered as an advantage.
  • Fluent in English (reading, speaking and writing)
  • Computer literate
