Job Description


• Install and configure computer systems
• Diagnose and solve hardware& software faults
• Participate in the compilation and maintenance of an accurate record of hardware and software
• Provide daily support to requests over the telephone and email for all PC hardware, software and associated peripherals
• Act as a liaison and coordinator of all IT related vendors
• Act as a liaison and coordinator of all maintenance vendors (Generator, Air-Conditioners, Lifts, Electricians, etc.)
• Physical Monitoring of services provided by all vendors
• Travel to company branches; island wide, in order to provide support, when and if required
• Undertake small projects
• Must excel in a fast-paced, agile environment where critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills are required for success
• Receive coaching and feedback to help you further develop your skills

Candidate Profile


• Technical School Leaving Certificate with concentration in Information Technology. University degree in a related field will be considered an advantage
• Hardware and peripherals knowledge
• Networking &Cisco Telephony knowledge, CCNA Certification will be considered an advantage
• Windows Server 2008 configuration
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar position
• Fluent in Greek and English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be flexible and adaptable
• Willing to learn new technologies and techniques
